      Up until now everything had been fine. I had to call them and let them know that I would be late on my payment which they said was fine and that I wouldn't get a late fee. Well when I came to pay my loan I was told that I had a late fee. I told her what I was told but it still didn't matter they refuse to do anything about the late fee that I was told I wouldn't get. I don't recommend this loan company

      This place is absolutely miserable! I've dealt with alot of loan companies and this place is the worst by far. They dont document anything so when you tell them you're gonna come in on a day they still call you every single day after you already set up a payment. And then after you make a payment they still keep calling and dont document it. I cannot wait until its paid off worst desicion of my life.
