  Great place to shop, staff is very friendly and helpful, James and Kyle are the guys to go see, they help me find the perfect gift for my mom and I ended up putting something for me on lay away... thank you guys for your excellent service

  Customer service is King. Everyone that works here is extremely polite and courteous. This is the Best pawnshop in Tulsa. I will never go anywhere else

  If ur business ain't with smart pawn then it ain't a smart pawn🤷. I'm a regular, they do me right Everytime rather I buy or pawn. Good guns and jewelry collection, super helpful nd lenient. If ur somebody who always go back for ur ticket they just might let you get more on ur next pawn if it's been in before. They'll help you but you gota help them😁✌️

  I just had my first visit here.. this is by far the best experience I have had at a pawn shop.. the staff was polite and courteous and made it an enjoyable experience

  Went in for the first time the other day. The young man, Michael, went above and beyond to help me and was very knowledgeable about everything I asked him. I will definitely be coming back to make a purchase from Michael. 😁

  VERY SKETCHY AND SENSELESS, TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called to ask about a bicycle that was stolen from my friend. It's a unique bike. If it were there, it would be easy to figure out. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to check if the bike might be there. She also tried to advise me not to call other pawn shops as she thinks no one will be helpful. This is the only place so far that has been rude to me. Others were very helpful and friendly, so i'm not sure what her problem is.

  I really hate to pawn stuff but I always enjoy going in this pawn shop the only thing I hate is that there only one cowboys fan haaa haaa.im joking...I always enjoy coming to this pawn shop....thanks for treating us like family...

  ***Buyer beware*** Ez Dollar Pawn is a horrible place to do business because they lie to you, pressure you, and waster your time. This is a first hand experience from a customer who was contacted by EZ Dollar Pawn. The pawn shop called to buy some games and ended up wasting the sellers time and gas money. The overall experience was humiliating and rude. The company called around 9am to buy 38 games for sale on Craigslist priced at ten dollars each. They said they would buy 35 of them for $5 each or $185. When they were finished looking at all the games they changed their offer to $3 per game. They did not honor their word or offer. After they made their lowball offer they continued to try pressure tactics by mentioning other websites like Amazon, etc... They proceeded to act like the seller was being rude by telling them to honor the offer they made. When it was all done there was no transaction made and the clerks would not even help box up everything they just took out of the boxes. They wasted the time, gas, insulted the customer, and offered no form of apology. After they realized their offer wasn't accepted their attitudes became short and rude. The only thing I can say is that if they contact you wanting to buy something from you be wary because they might deal with you underhandedly by lieing, wasting your time, and acting like you are trying to shovel off your crap on them.
