  I have banked with Tulsa CFCU for five years. I have always found their tellers to be very polite. They are never rude even when my account hasn't looked the best. I had the occasion to use an officer in the bank to open a new account recently. She was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The one thing I would say that I don't like is the acoustics of the teller area. Every conversation bounces off every wall. I feel like everyone can here everything I'm saying, especially since they have erected sneeze-guards.

  I’ve had the pleasure of using Ashley Ellison on multiple occasions and she is amazing, she’s a rock star and gets things done, very fast and efficient with no wasted time, responds right away and goes above and beyond with your loans making life easier and as stress free as possible.   I think this credit Union is absolutely fabulous I have never had any issues with this credit Union or any of the staff they always greet me with a smile they're always friendly and I I just love this credit Union and the staff they're amazing.

  Came in to refinance my auto loan. Ashley Ellison was great. Super quick process and she explained everything clearly. I even had an issue getting a document from the other bank. She called and handled it for me. Great experience all around.

  This bank is very nice and the staff here is professional. I needed some loan documents from their corporate office and they told me it may take a couple hours. I asked them to rush it and they were happy to do so. Also I was able to sit with a notary almost immediately when I walked in. Great, friendly service with a smile.

  This bank understands life happens and is willing to work with you at all costs on your auto loan to keep current. Everyone I talk to, whether in a branch or the call center, is super friendly and helpful. They don’t talk down on you for falling behind, the show empathy.
