  Fast approval for a car loan and very easy to work with. Especially given that I am self employed, did require a cosigner as my credit was trashed at the time. The ladies in the office were very understanding and reasonable when calling in (I was never late late with a payment but missed by a few days) and they were always 100% professional - but busy office! Appreciate your efforts and kindness.

  I finance my car through this company. I was almost done paying my car off. I mean like really close. They sent toll trucks out to get my car. Due to the pandemic most people were struggling to make payments and they knew that. They tried to come take my car because I owed them $150 more then I was done . They added late fees every step of the way they did not miss a beat. I will not recommend this company. I repeat I will not recommend this company!!!!!!! Now.

  should be the last resort for a loan, they are a joke. Tried buying a car for my kids, $6000 loan, they wanted more than my $17000 loan on my other car from a dealer. Find some where else to get a loan.. and yes I do have good credit

  I've had several loans with them, a couple car loans and a couple personal loans and they have always been very nice and professional. They helped me when my credit was horrible and I've been able to raise my score in part because of them. I would recommend anyone do business here, especially if you have credit issues.

  Intetest rates are high as a giraffes head. Although they helped me get to a point where I no longer need rude and unprofessional service I will never use the pawnshop of personal finance again.... God is merciful!

  they have always been very helpful and nice. i have gotten three loans with them. my first ones interest was super high but after paying it off and getting a second personal loan my rates went down almost by 75% they have always given me the amount i have asked for and made everything very simple. no complaints on my end.

  I got a loan for a moped and it has helped my credit a lot. They ladies have always been very nice and patient with me. Never have had an issue. Thank you for an opportunity to fix my credit! -Lindsay

  I’ve been dealing with them for years and they are always very sweet on the phone, even calling me “hun” and telling me to have a great weekend. Sorry to see some people had bad experiences but that has never been the case for me. They helped me when my credit was TRASH and now that I’ve raised my score they continue to help me whenever I need it. Thanks Arrow!

  My boyfriend has gotten a couple of loans from them and although the rates are kinda high, it's way better than some who charge the ridiculous 300% for payday loans! They don't hound you to borrow more money like Tower Loan....! They have definitely helped us out when we needed it.

  I am fortunate enough to not need an extension for my loan during quarantine, so I will be fine. However, I called out of curiosity to see how Arrow Financing would be operating business during quarantine for my own financial planning, and I was appalled by the lack of humanity and compassion while the world is in jeopardy. They jumped to conclusions that I wouldn't be able to pay, and got firm with me immediately. Super rude. This company only finances the most at risk, sure, I get it, but it would make sense to work with these, the most vulnerable, folks at least a little bit for at least a small amount of time. People are going to lose their lives. Please care a little. Other companies care about their clients enough to give small amounts of wiggle room in this desperate time. I wish Aarow Financial could find it in their books/hearts to do something, anything. I will definitely never forget that out of all the companies I deal with, Aarow Financial was legit the only one that wasn't offering an emergency alternative. Shame on them.
