  Not willing to provide any paperwork for our home buying process, clearly stated dates and requirements set by lender and they couldn't help. Call center worker sounded like they had an attitude from the start of the conversation.

  I love the people at my bank branch. They all know me and treat me so very well. Been banking with Armed Forces at least twelve years. Best customer service ever!

  Very helpful employees. I needed a certified cashier's check to close escrow. They helped coordinate a deposit of funds from my husband, across country, & get cashier's check issued ASAP.

  I called 30 minutes before close and was told by the automated message that my wait time was 1 minutes. I'm extremely patient, but after 25 minutes, I had to hang up due to other priorities.

  I think it is horrible that one of your employees has worked for you nearly 17 + years has to let go and you have no offer for her,shame on you,crummy bank to work for !
