  This branch is continuously the worst branch to deal with. The staff is continually rude, the manager is always obstinate and any transaction I need to make is like pulling teeth. I don’t know why every other branch can have great service but this one can’t even deposit a simple payroll check without making you jump through hoops. I will drive to any other location before using this branch again.

  Usually the staff is extremely helpful, but today i Attis in line with 8 other people for over 20 minutes. Staff & Management would not acknowledge the long customer lines. I hope this was a one time event.

  Federal Credit Union is awful. I set up for my truck payment to come out the way i wanted to come out. Went into bank to make the changes. And it's still not corrected. I hate my that my truck is financed through them at all.

  I do not have any accounts with this Bank but I have to come here once a month to deposit my rent for my landlord. NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY THERE IS A WAIT!! Lobby and drive thru as well. Is this location understaffed or just inefficient? I honestly do not feel like 10-15min wait times for a simple cash deposit is acceptable AT ALL. Feel sorry for those who have to do daily business at this location

  I am absolutely REGRETTING banking with the credit union for the fact that there is NOTHING available as far as help on the accounts on weekends. The least you could offer is open branches on saturday. The after hours business can not even deal with anything on your account other than shutting your cards off or seeing exactly what you see online. Absolutely rediculous for members who are in a financial ordeal over the weekends. Closing my account down on Monday. Terrible experience.

  Charged me 37.00 in overdraft fees when I had the money to pay. Right smack dab in their face, seriously the money was right there. I can't wait to get away from this crooked bank
