  The new updates to the app and website have greatly improved my experience. AFCU has the best APY and lowest minimums. It is the absolute best place to save money.

  They OVER charge on their account fees, it has taken over 2 hours to get ahold of someone to talk to, and after closing my account OVER a year ago, they mailed out a "debit card" for me to an address I lived at 3 years ago! Worst credit union I've EVER encountered!

  Don't bother trying to use their CC for any transactions. They will flag anything as suspicious and then freeze your card. They claim they tried to contact me but left NO message on my phone. I was seeing issues with charges being declined for online accounts before I realized they had mysteriously frozen my card over small transactions with reputable online vendors. They send a letter! I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this. I will not use this card again.

  WORST BANK EVER. I HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THEM, AND WHEN YOU ASK WHY SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT, THE REASONS THEY GIVE MAKE NO SENSE. REGIONS IS THE WAY TO GO!!
