  Kayla was so helpful throughout our entire experience. She was very well educated and informative with every question we had (which was a lot). She was willing to do work that NO other loan officer was willing to do. We spent months offering $20-30k over asking with a national lender. I found Kayla and decided to try a local lender and our first offer was accepted. I would recommend anyone and everyone use Kayla. She made our home buying as easy as it possibly could have been and I'm so thankful to have had her to hold our hands through the process.

  I believe Kayla is the best in town or the best in the state for that matter. She is more of an mortgage advisor than a mortgage lender. She takes time well before you are ready to the borrow money to show you ways to improve your personal profile so you can get a better rate! She’s amazing! At least give her a call and talk with her for a few minutes. The worst thing that can happen is you not like her and you just move on. But I can almost guarantee you, you won’t dislike her!

  Working with Kayla was wonderful! I called her asking about one loan option but she found an even better option for me.   Excellent experience. We received tons of help along the way. Anytime we had questions, she provided prompt answers or put us in contact with some who did. She was so good with the paper work that we were ready to close a week before closing date. We would definitely use her again or recommend her to anybody who asks.
