  My husband and I have been counting on Joe Reeves and his amazing crew of intelligent, caring, personable folks for over 20 years. His business has grown tremendously over the years and continues to thrive because he and his team offer insightful, wise advice and guidance, while being unerringly considerate. They take their clients' personalities and personal lives into account. Its not just "business" with them. From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated as someone special. You're met with smiles and cheerful greetings. You're immediately put at ease and made to feel quite welcome. The folks at ARGI have helped us so much through the years that we would never consider looking elsewhere for advice. Joe and the entire staff at ARGI are rare and precious people. They always exceed our expectations. We admire and respect them. And frankly, we'd be lost without them.

  We hired Argi and were assigned what we hoped would be a very knowledgeable team functioning as a CFO and a CPA. Shortly into our relationship it became apparent that we were not going to get what we paid for as email after email to our CPA went unreturned. Just a couple months in we were informed by the CFO assigned to us that our CPA had left Argi - and no one told us or reached out to us. They did cash our checks, however. Finally after repeatedly reaching out to them, we were assigned a new CPA barely in time for tax season. We have moved on from Argi, but have recently discovered that our taxes were completed incorrectly and now we will have to file revised returns which will cost us thousands of dollars. Do not recommend.

  We are surprised to see this comment because we cannot locate anything in our records that indicate the return was incorrect or required amendment. We are confident we accurately prepared the tax return based on the information provided to us. We stand behind the work we do and welcome any opportunity for improvement.   I absolutely LOVE working with ARGI! Our accountant Troy Hawkins is always so helpful, quick to respond to emails, even if we have to schedule something to talk more later. The staff at the office when I show up are ALWAYS so cheerful and welcoming. I don't know everyone's name, but I always leave smiling and happy. They make me feel at ease to ask questions. The tax preparation process could not be more painless. The instructions we are provided on what needs to be done after they finish the paperwork is detailed, easy to follow and top notch service! I will recommend ARGI to every business I can because I truly appreciate their service and their hard work. I never feel dumb for asking a question and they are always happy to help. Thank you guys!!

  After years of trying to find the right financial planner we came across ARGI and feel so happy that we did! My husband works for a large engineering company and I am a small business owner so we come to the table with two totally different backgrounds. Yesterday was our second meeting with Joe Tichenor and Austin Jones and we couldn't be more impressed by our experience. They found a way to take our two different personality types and create a plan that felt right for where we are now and for where we plan to be in the future.   My opinion, this is a company need to be in touch with Verona Ebanks. Rosemary Williams made a deposit in the company. I am next of kin and they refuse to respect me.
