  I have undertaken the process of refinancing on more than one occasion and it has always proven to be a long and tedious process, but this was not the case with Tom Cerbo and The Mortgage Warehouse. Tom was friendly and very knowledgeable and was always there to answer any question that arose. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. This was the quickest refinance that I every participated in and if I ever need to refinance again I would use Tom and The Mortgage Warehouse without any hesitation.   We had a great experience working with Tom Cerbo at Mortgage Warehouse. We spoke to both our bank and our insurance lender about refinancing but closing costs were to high. I was skeptical that Tom could really close our loan without any costs but except for the appraisal, no money left our pocket and now we have a smaller payment and shorter loan time. Our loan was closed quickly and with very little hassle! Wish we had done it years ago!!

  The Mortgage Warehouse delivered as promised with a no-closing-cost loan, fixed with a lower interest rate than our previous mortgage. Our loan officer, Tom Cerbo, made the process very simple and once our appraisal was complete our loan closed in less than two weeks. This was the most simple loan process I have ever experienced and Tom was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Tom and The Mortgage Warehouse for your home loan needs.

  Refinanced my less-than-one-year-old loan with Mortgage Warehouse's Tom Cerbo and my family and I are very pleased with the results-and the money we saved! Tom is exactly the type of person with whom you want to do business. He's honest, straight-forward, and very knowledgeable to the ways of the mortgage business. We ran into a few snags along the way and Tom knew exactly whom to reach out to and, if it was something he couldn't handle directly, he made sure to give me exact directions or words to say to help the process move along. He even dug up toll-free numbers for me to call. My previous lender didn't make it easy on us but Tom helped make it work because he works. And, also, let me point out that Tom STAYS IN COMMUNICATION WITH HIS CLIENTS! This is huge! With the delays my former mortgage company was creating, had I not had someone with the tenacity and work ethic Tom has I more than likely would have walked away from the process. I highly recommend Tom Cerbo and Mortgage Warehouse and look forward to working with him again should I be so fortunate.

  We used Mortgage Warehouse as our lender in buying our first home. We were relocating back to Louisville for work and had a very strict deadline. Tom Cerbo at MW went above and beyond to get our pre-approval and loan processed in record time. Once we found a home, we closed in less than a month. Tom's quick service, honesty, and communication was excellent and made the home buying process less stressful. Highly recommend the folks at Mortgage Warehouse.

  I have only done 2 reviews in my life as I usually don' take the time to do them but I felt so strongly about the professionalism and the communication from my broker Jenifer that I just had to let anyone know about our wonderful experience with her. This not only was by far the best mortgage experience but maybe the best business experience that I have had being in the business community for over 30 years. I have never felt like a client and not just a customer in such a short time. She explained every detail of my loan and process that a 3rd grader could understand. Jenifer kept me up to date on everything that was going on behind the curtain every step of the way. I NEVER once had to wonder what was going with my loan. She even sent a video along with the closing disclosure and went thru every line item on there to make sure everything was clear to me and my wife. I even told the closing attorney about the video and they were shocked and very impressed at her going way beyond the call of duty. If you are going to refi or get a new mortgage and don't use Jenifer? Only thing I can say to that is YOUR LOSS! She was EXCELLENT!!!

  Just finished a VA Refinance with Tom Cerbo at Mortgage Warehouse. This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a Mortgage. We bought a small piece of land about a year ago and the stuff that bank put me through was crazy. This loan with Tom was much larger then that one but it was so much easier with Tom and the Mortgage Warehouse. He estimated the payment almost to the penny and the closing date to the date when the process first began. Couldn't have ask for a better experience.

  I was extremely please with my experience with Tom Cerbo. He was quick to answer all my questions, even on my initial call. He was organized and efficient in requesting all the documents I needed to refinance my condo. My condo was refinanced within three weeks of my first call to Tom ! Tom kept me informed throughout the entire time and was quick to return my call if I had to leave a message. I would highly recommend Tom to you for any mortgage needs you may have.
