      I paid off my car today and had to thank everyone at Argentum for an awesome experience! First they gave me a loan on my dream car with bad credit. Then when I fell ill and could no longer work they were there for me offering suggestions and solutions. Last but not least their customer service team is always fun and uplifting I just never dreaded calling them for anything! No matter who I talked to they made me smile and laugh. I even asked if I could get another loan through them! Lol apparently it doesn’t work that way but they helped me build my credit so that I’m very grateful for. Thank you ladies and gents keep up the amazing job!

      Do NOT do business with Argentum. I paid my car off last year, they mailed my official title to the wrong address, OUT OF STATE, and are dodging my calls to obtain the title to the car I purchased. I have gotten the DMV and other state offices involved to get my title and hopefully get this place shut down for good.

      Literally any other option besides this company is better, I am so thankful we no longer have to deal with them anymore, interest rate astronomical, customer Service absolutely zero stars. If you’re at a car dealership and they offer you this company to finance your car just walk out, the interest rate on both of our cars that we now have doesn’t even come close to the interest rate on one vehicle from this company. Do. Not. Do it. The only good person at this company was Darla, and halfway through our first year with them she disappeared, I don’t know why but bring her back because she was the only shining star that you had.

      I honestly don't write many reviews but, I have to in regards to Argentum Financial. Being a typical browser/someone who thoroughly reads through both positive & negative reviews on items, services, restaurants, etc., I felt it necessary to share my experience with this company. I cannot speak for every customer interaction or even the company as a whole but, I can attest to the really positive interactions I've had regarding my own financing and my awesome account rep, Darla. She has helped me navigate my vehicle warranty when service(s) were needed, has made changes to my account when requested, and has been really honest about the charges on my account, say if I've had to pay late or what it means to pay early, and the benefits of paying a little more than what's due each month. She is a true pleasure to talk to and I only wish that Argentum offered their own refinancing. I'm sure my credit will be much higher by the time I pay off my current loan but if not, I'd definitely consider having Argentum Financial as a lien holder again.

      I have been working with Argentum for 2 years now and almost always my phone calls are assisted by Rhonda. The time she gives in a phone call and willingness to help/understand your situation is what more customer service reps out there need! I have been late on my payment several times- because life happens- and Rhonda/ Argentum is willing to work around with my schedule and very understanding. They will call you everyday unless YOU communicate your needs because it is their job and that’s understandable, but if you communicate with them they will update your account and will patiently expect your payment. Very professional company and I have enjoyed working with them and will continue to work with them the years to come.

      Argentum financial is a horrible finance company. Julytsa Horsford has been absolutely horrible when it’s comes to helping me during this pandemic. She’s extremely rude, condescending and short on the phone. Her customer service skills are non existent. In trying to explain to her that I had spoke to someone else about an issue, she goes “well it’s only me and Ronda here. She sounds like a man so if you didn’t talk to someone who sounds like a man, I don’t know who you spoke with”.... lady, what?!?! She gives this company a horrible rep. I would tell everyone I know to stay away from any dealership that deals with this finance company based on my experience with her alone. I cannot wait you refinance with another company because she is awful

      I don’t usually do reviews, but this situation makes it necessary. I am a normal hard working single Mom and NOT a dealership. I can’t speak about the company itself, but I can speak volumes about 2 of the account managers. Darla and Rhonda. Life happens. Cancer hits. Twice in the same year! During the most trying times and not being able to work, I had a difficult time making my car payment. Darla worked with me endlessly to allow for my car to NOT be repossessed. Any other company or possibly even another associate would not have gone to the lengths these 2 ladies did. Darla got me set up for bi-weekly Payment’s after being a few months behind. Hard to work when out on leave for surgeries and treatments. She was open and honest about the fees and what each amount of my payment would be. Rhonda helped Darla when she was out and allowed for this great team of 2, to get this set up and keeping the company from taking my car. Best advice for anyone out there, don’t be afraid to communicate the struggles. They get it. They have guidelines they have to follow, but they also allow for flexibility to allow you to make the situation right if the desire is to do so. Without these 2 people, I would have been unemployed and not able to get to work, as well as without a vehicle to take my children to school. They made the most difficult time in my life Manageable. Thank you for all you two do! Thanks for “getting” life happens and some of us want to do the right thing, but trying times don’t make it always possible for a set schedule. My respect and gratitude to them both! I’m now ALL caught up and a smile on my face!

      Surprised to see people stating that they have received poor customer service. I have had the opposite experience. Every time I call to make a payment I am greeted quickly, respectfully and find them to be very friendly. Today, Kristy had no trouble finding my account, was very nice, had my card on file and processed the call quickly. Yes, the interest rate is high but as a sub prime client, it is to be expected. My only complaint is that the website could be more user friendly in setting up an online account. Not that big of a deal though since calling in is so quick and efficient. All in all, pleasantly surprised.

      Trying to get my own personal account information about my balance loan via email and they told me that they couldn’t send me that. Which ended up in an argument. How is that possible and them not sending me my documents. By far the most negative attitude on their part. Customer service has been thrown out the window with a specific person that is employed by them.

      Horrible customer service I can not wait to get my car refinanced with a different car loan company scam artists is what these people are!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....edited to add, if you look at almost all the positive reviews this company has they are from car dealerships. The car dealership does not use them as a finance company so not really sure how they could leave a honest truthful review of their services🤷. Also as of january they now charge a $4.95 charge on all payments besides check, once again proving that this company is only money hungry!!!
