  {In fairness; my experiences took place as recent as August 2019} I've always enjoyed the service; whether inside or out(drive thru) and honestly inside is my plus thanks to the complimentary herbal beverages offered. Just be alert of your exit and entry points from the road, you could miss it.

  My vehicle was financed by the dealership through Argent. I would not recommend doing business with them. The way the loan officers speak to you is highly disrespectful. Beyond poor customer service. They literally call you for an issue about your account and tell you they don't like your tone!!

  I will be switching banks. Screw them it was 4:58 and ladie refused to deposit my check bc she said they we're closing. They close at 5pm.she told me i could go to chester branch. Who the hell wants to drive to chester when im right here. Staff is lazy.

  I was approved for a loan with a given percentage when I left the bank.....hours later, i was told that I wasn't. Don't ask for an explanation, the loan officer is a true POS.

  The drive thru has become horrible. The wait time is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
