  When it was time for me to start looking to buy a home, I knew immediately that I wanted to work with Fred Wilson of SWBC. I first worked with Mr. Wilson when I purchased a condo in 2013 and his knowledgeable, easygoing personality helped relieve some of the stress and anxiety that comes along with buying a home. Those were traits that I appreciated, so when it was time for me to upgrade to a larger home almost 10 years later, I knew exactly who to turn to. Mr. Wilson's expert guidance was extremely helpful while navigating a challenging housing market. He went the extra mile to make sure I understood every step of the process. No question was left unanswered and because of Mr. Wilson's comforting approach, I felt increasingly confident and secure when I closed on my home on May 10, 2022. And to my surprise and delight, Mr. Wilson was right there as I signed the closing documents, a show of support that truly demonstrates the warm, caring touch he brings to his work.

  What can I say about Frederic Wilson? He is extremely knowledgeable and was very communicative during the entire process. I could tell immediately that he is a seasoned veteran when it comes to mortgage loans. Fred is very upfront and explained everything from the very beginning about what I needed to know about getting a mortgage. It is because of Fred that we were able to buy our dream home. To sum it all up, Fred is a tremendous asset to SWBC Mortgage and I highly recommend him.

  I was and I am still wowed at the level of patience that Mr Frederick Wilson has and not only that but he knows his job inside out. He is an excellent loan officer. Been trying to buy a house for three years and No other loan Officer took the time to talk to me and explain things clearly so that I can understand what I need to do to qualify to buy a house. I am sure glad that God brought him at the right time.

  We first met Fred in 2016 while trying to buy a house, we moved from Pa to VA and I was 8 months pregnant. He was always professional and made the process as easy as he could. Fast forward to now 2021, my husband and I decided to refinance our house and reached back out to Fred since he helped us so much in 2016. Fred is someone we knew we could trust, he was always there to answer questions ( and I sure had many throughout the process) he was patient and always responded almost immediately. He always explained everything thoroughly and was professional but at the same time he felt like a friend. I felt like he actually cared about his clients and tried his best to get the best results. I would give him 20 stars if I could. If your looking to buy or refinance, Fred is definitely the person you need to call. You won’t be disappointed!

  Fred Wilson was highly recommended by a close friend when we were looking to refinance. When we contacted Mr. Wilson, he was attentive and extremely helpful explaining the process and answering all of our questions. He discussed and compared the loans available to us in a very easy to follow presentation. Fred amazed us and always kept us informed. Fred is very knowledgeable and quick to respond via email, phone or text, making our refinance stress free. At the end our new loan turned out better than we expected.
