  Had to call 4 times to be told I was denied after sending all this paperwork. Would it recommend them to any one and don’t waste your time even applying

  I was told last week I was eligible to refinance my loan on the fourth of july and to put my application in so by yesterday it would be ready. I called in yesterday and was told it wasn't eligible because they didn't get the week before last payment due to everyone in the job getting sick from covid19. I stayed out to self quarantine to protect myself and my children who has asthma, and one was born prematurely. They still got a payment this week and refused to help even though they told me I was going to be able to . Stay away from them. They was already rude but I decided to give them a benefit of doubt and they prove just like these other companies that during hard times they are only for they self

  I don’t know why some of the reviews say that they don’t answer the phone , because everytime I call or email them I get a response almost immediately! Great customer service, fast process to get a loan and the best part is the interest fees aren’t ridiculously high like most loan companies. So no complaints on my end and I tend to complain a lot :)

  Not a good business to go through. They do not answer the phone when you call, they take your payment, but when you have a question no one is available to help. Called for over a month about my allotment, it's a automated system that says they are closed for software training.

  Have been trying to contact them for little over two weeks keeps saying they are doing a system training. Tried emailing a personal email I had no response. I asked others they said its been saying since before Thanksgiving not sure whats going on with that. But im thinking they may have closed down not sure.

  I have a loan with Archerfield being trying to reach them by phone No answer, wrote them a week ago the letter came back Vacant.
