  Kody was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helpful throughout the loan process. We had several late changes due to the sellers revisions in our contract and Kody met the new deadlines with priority and raised no issues for us. I couldn't have asked for a smoother close process to receive a mortgage. Highly recommend

  Kody and his team at Arch Lending was AMAZING to work with. I felt like I had a unique situation, that wasn’t an issue for Kody and his team. They all treated me and my family as a top priority even if they were off work. They met late nights to get things done that to me meant the world to me and my wife. I have worked with other lenders in the past and they were fine. Arch Lending was seriously AMAZING to work with, everyone there made my experience great and EASY. Highly Recommend to anyone!

  Kody was on top of the refinancing process. He found great rates and made the process smooth and easy, leveraging information he already had so I did not have to dig up the same materials for separate refinance efforts. Kody also worked diligently with the lenders and title company to be able to close before the end of the year! I highly recommend Kody and Arch Lending.

  I have worked with Kody on 2 different loans. In both cases, he was a true professional. There were circumstances that made my loans a little more difficult than normal. He pushed right through the difficulties and delivered an interest rate that was beyond my wildest hopes. My favorite thing about Kody’s way of doing things is his willingness and ability to communicate in a clear concise manner. He knows his business. When you match his knowledge and expertise with his willing attitude it makes for a very beneficial result.

  Kody helped me purchase my first investment property, which was smooth and quick. He then reached out to me to refinance and was able to save me over $70k in interest, which in turn reduced my mortgage over $200/mo, making the property cashflow positive! Kody has the resources to make sure the home-buying and refinancing process is easy (regarding lending AND real estate!) and as stress-free as it can be. He is quick to respond and is great at looking ahead to see potential problems before they happen. I trust this company with my business and will continue to use them.
