  I attempted to get a refinance done. Application was made, rate locked, and inspection was even done. My employers went through the trouble of employment verification. We filled out and sent all necessary paperwork. We gave them 2 months and they NEVER FINISHED! Their sign says they can do it in less than 3 weeks, false. After the first few weeks I heard nothing from loan officer for a month and half, not even a text update. The only time there was communication was when I would reach out. After much frustration, our application had timed out and we were told we would have to fill it out again. Why would we give our hard earned money to a company that treated us that way?? Absolutely horrible service and horrible communication. I live by knowing a “guy”and loyalty to a business. They would never get my recommendation.

This sometimes requires a more thorough process that can lead to unforeseeable circumstances, which can impact the length of time to approve a loan.   Dan Rikkers was amazing at how quick and efficient he got this deal done. I’m not the most computer literate and he worked with me and made sure that I knew I had different options on getting him the info he needed. Definitely recommend this company and will use again if we need anything in the future.
