  My husband and I highly recommend Hallmark Home Mortgage! They know their business so well that they were able to guide and assist us with our loan application which got processed and approved very quickly - in a little more than 2 weeks despite the December holidays.   Ryan Grothe has been a real big help for my family and I, he helped us when other could not. He didn’t promise nothing, he just helped us to the best he could and that’s what made him better than any other lender. I trust him and his knowledge about mortgage info.   I worked with Ms. Pam Heck. She is really good at what she does. The knowledge that she has over the market and how well our requirements are received is commendable. She was constantly available over phone/email to answer any questions I had.   It was a great pleasure to applying and processing my loan application with Hallmark Mortgages and Pamela Heck. This was my second time with this superb company. Working with Pamela through all the mortgage application details was fun. She is a down to earth person and comes with a lot of experience that helped guide me through the process. She gave me honest answers to my questions and even made sure that I made the right decisions. The Video summaries I received from Pam were awesome . Also, I compared Hallmark with other, bigger lenders and must say that they do not give you the confidence and don't have the personal touch as Hallmark has. I recommend Hallmark Mortgage and Pamela Heck ANYTIME!!
