  The lady at the desk was very rude and didn't know how to do her job. She was annoyed that I was going to be a new customer and said that's gonna take awhile. Then proceeds to call her boss and says I got another new one. After going through a hour long process with her and her boss on the phone. She doesn't know how to fill anything out on the computer and has to have her boss tell her step by step. So I would not recommend I didn't get any services through them because they definitely didn't seem to be legit at all. Go somewhere else!!

  I could NOT have been happier with the service I received and the quick response to my needs. If I am ever in this position again, I hope it doesn't happen, but I would absolutely go NOWHERE but here!!! Thank you Jenn for all your help and making my difficult time so much easier to handle!!

  Absolutely love this place and the staff. I go here every two weeks to cash my paychecks and it’s good to have people who appreciate you and welcome you as much as they do. This is probably the best place in Niles to go if you need any kind of help.

  People r great that work there. , it is good to know they r there if u need them! There parking area is way too small tho.
