  Ms Crystal explained the payday loan process efficiently and also told me about this great option after your first loan how they have what is called a *stay at home loan*and she broke it down to the point a 1st grader can understand it. The stay at home loan you can get your money and not leave the comfort of your home;now that’s amazing! The office is very clean and following proper protocol for social distancing. Hands down I will be back to do my loan once I retain all of my paperwork needed.

  Khris was in the office by herself during this pandemic she was extremely welcoming and the process was easy and simple and very fast. I thoroughly enjoyed my first loan experience and will be back again.

  Didn't approve cashing a printed signed check from bank of america an insurance company check at that which I had to wait until the next day to cash it at the bank wanted to know why I took so long to cash a check that was mailed to me on the 16th of December and received it on the 28th because of late mail then questioned why was the date on my pay stub set to the 26th which is why I was paid from Nov 25 thru december 26th is why then wanted to see the envelope the check came in provided all of this correct info and envelope still didn't cash it for me excellent help from the staff member who went out of her way very friendly and helpful the 3rd party who approves cashing the check was bogus and obviously didn't want to make money I wouldn't recommend wasting time with this business.

  Chris in Aiken was awesome, I did not like the employee attitude at North Augusta location very disrespectful and did not try to even help , but Chris in Aiken , great customer service sheeee isssss awesomeeeee :)

  TOTAL SCAM!!! This place advertises to only charge $3 or 2% of federal checks to cash them. I was told the 2% fee twice, but was told to come back on both occasions. When the approval process was finally complete...four trips to this place later...at the last second was told a price that was more than triple the 2% advertised and quoted price. Brittany tried to tell me that my check was a two party check...well it was made out to me and I was the one cashing it so....maybe she doesn't know what a two party check is. Or, she was trying to bait and switch me, taking some of that fee for herself. She could not explain their policies on this. It is framed on the mantle in the lobby and the ONLY ONEPERSON THERE can't expain it to me. Maybe she should have someone there with her if she can't. Or she is trying to run a scam. Horrible business!!

  This is a go to source of emergency funding when needed. The customer service is outstanding I’d recommend this place to anyone who needs hassle free cash in a flash and CS staff that is very delighted to give it. It’s simply the best.
