  I was calling on my account and Lamonica would over talk me wouldnt let me talk hung up on me. I was very upset and will not do business with this company again because of this lady.She is very rude. She needs to be retrained on customer service. And I'm going by a different name because I don't want her messing up my account.

  I went in today as I have been into this location several times even sent others and Lamonica is rude and can never assist anyone always says ask Brandi and then when you come in and ask for Brandi whom is amazing I must say and knows her stuff Lamonica has a attitude and rolls her eyes and will not speak she’s just rude and horrible customer service.. if she wasn’t there I would give you a 5 star even a 10 if you had it. Been dealing with you all for years but she will make you leave..

  Kim and Christina are very friendly, always glad to help. Everytime I’ve went I never experienced any issues and trouble and they’ve always got me in and out. They both have helped me tremendously. Definitely recommend

  I was referred here a few months ago by coworker, the older lady never speaks never really acknowledged me when I come in and always has a rude tone and doesn’t come off as friendly or courteous that’s why I will only with Brandy other than that the service Brandy provided with excellent.

  Have a copy of your thirty days bank statement,your check book,two forms of ID,two referrals they will call your bank and your referrals so make sure all info is correct.after that you'll get your cash. Great people! If you go there be sure you refer me. Thanks.

  Was in there the OTHER day with a friend getting a loan so I thought I would go back went head an went back but the manager that was there to help my friend wasn't the same person there qhwn I went in waa very dry wasn't friendly at all made me feel like I was doing something wrong her lamonia waa just not there and her energy level just WASN'T there I just dealt with her an got my money an left maybe she was having a bad day
