  I like coming here, reading all these reviews I'm shocked people have such a bad experience. My first ever loan, I had no idea what I was doing or how to do it. The lady was so nice, friendly and gave me all information that I needed. She answered any questions I had, and went over every detail with me. Such a wonderful lady! She is always the one working the times I've gone in.

  The older African-American woman was rude as she could be. How or why the owner keeps her there I do not know. Is it your wife sir, if so I am very sorry for you. She plays Christian music, while she mocks God with her attitude.

  If i could rate less than 1 i would. Two employees were working, a male and female. As i walked in for the first time I was immediately not impressed. The female was very brash from the beginning and never smiled or welcomed me just immediately asked what i needed. I told her i was interested in a pay day loan and she asked me 3 times in the same conversation if i currently had a pay day loan anywhere else even after i told her no the first time. She kept quoting VA law about only having one pay day loan at a time. Then I haf my last bank statement that was from June to the 15th of the month but she said she needed one up to today which was the 19th. I said no problem because rules are rules and luckily my bank was nearby. I told her I would be right back. She again told me she cannot help me if I have a pay day loan somewhere else. The entire time she never smiled and the male employee never looked up from the tablet he was on. She was very brash and I left there very unhappy. I decided to drive across town and check out another pay day loan company. They were very welcoming and had great customer service. They only needed my last statement as well and not a statement to today. This company serious needs new employees or they need to give the current employees customer service lessons. I think they would be better off with new employees. I will recommend Advance America to all my friends and family and not this company. I work for a company that has 1400 plus employees and they could have gotten alot of referrals from me but not now.

  I went there today and was treated rudely, not greeted properly. The lady was unfriendly and had me waiting there for 15 minutes while she texted her boss saying she needed approval to use what was my most recent bank statement . I asked for my documents and left and took my business elsewhere.

  Very rude staff. Our bank wasn't in a state that she preferred, so she refused service to us. Basically, she didn't want to do any work for her paycheck. Very nasty woman who clearly did not want her job.

  The ladies were rude, and they are impatient. The young girl was arguing with the older black lady. Its a mess and i dont want service there. The owner needs to hire new staff.

  Came in today and only 1 person working and he was so slow and took forever wasnt very nice at all. Basicly just sat there typing and wouldnt tell me what all he was doing like how the process works. Never going back to there again

  The girls are so rude! I went and took my busniess else where they need to learn customer service the older black lady was TERRIBLE rude and texting back and forth right in front of me

  the ladies are very rude and not friendly at all. I think the owner should find new staff. I wouldn't recommend anybody there.

  Ladies are always friendly!! I've only ever gotten my checks cashed but I have always had a great experience.
