  I've been dealing with them for many years , loans are very quick and easy . Everyone is always helpful , available 7 days a week . I've picked up checks on Saturday's to buy cars and bikes . Who does that for you ? Best bank ever !

  I’ve always used the drive thru , the service has always been professional and proficient. I think I only waited in drive thru for 2 minutes the mist.

  One of the best experiences ever at a bank! I forget the guys name who assisted us but he had hoop earrings in his ear and he was phenomenal and was above and beyond what I could ask for in customer service. Even first walking in the woman was polite and friendly!

  We have been members of the Navy Federal Credit Union for over 40 years and have never been disappointed by their services. The Winchester branch personnel are delightful, knowledgeable, and professional in all matters. Love them all!

  I just opened a navy federal account, and am already blown away by their customer service. I went in today to get pre approved for a home loan, and Angel was absolutely phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, explaining terms and conditions very simply, and was super down to earth and friendly. Super pleased, will not bank anywhere else.

  If I could put zero stars I would. Nothing against this location, just the customer service representatives. Everytime I call I get told something completely different then the last representative. My credit score just went down 12 points because of misinformation from a representative which they apparently cant do anything about even though they transferred me to 4 different people and a supervisor and again, they all gave me completely different answers. I was told that even though my minimum balance is due every 12th of the month, I now have to wait till the 16th to use my account, although I was told just last month I can start using it as early as the afternoon of the 12th since they process your account that morning. I was also told by one the transferees "whenever you use your card just pay it off the very next day"...if I had another form of payment I wouldn't use the card, I was also told previously to that from a manager at the Winchester branch to wait a week after any transaction to pay it off and that if you pay it off instantly(the very next day) then that wont do anything in terms of building your credit. To sum it up, a 19 minute call and 4 transfers later and they cant clean up their mess.
