  Vicki and Kim are awesome. They are always friendly and have made everyone comfortable through the pandemic with their always clean store. The new option of the stay at home loan has made transactions and time much more convenient. Now I don’t have to worry about working overtime or traveling with work, I can still handle my business and get my money back the very next day!

  This business has done an amazing job adapting during the pademic. The new stay at home loan was so simple. It was very fast and convenient that I recieved my money the next day without having to go into the store! Thank you to Vicki for helping me with this process and making it stress free!

  I think this place is very deceitful and prays on the poor. I requested an extension to pay their loan back. I couldn't pay it on Friday, the employee gave me an extension until Monday. When I showed up on Monday to pay their loan, the employee informed me that my check was deposited to my credit union. Here is the kicker, this company made me pay a check return fee; and on top of that my credit union charged me an over draft fee. I got screwed each way because of lies from their employee. This should be against the law to lie to a customer and grant an extension....and when the customer shows up to pay on that extension date finds out they, (Approved Cash) decided to fleece them out of money. This is definitely a fee harvesting organization, and a parasite to the poor and working class community. This organization's word is not honorable. I work very hard for my money, and I can't afford to give away extra simply because they can't keep their word. I guess I won't get a response from the owner.

  Horrible customer service with the new young lady there. I believe her name is Vickie. She’s at work but seems to get a little unsettled when she has to do her job. Probably should offer customer service classes for the staff every now and then.

  The experience of this company hasn’t been good that last few times with using this company. The first problem was that I could borrow a certain amount until the 90 days are up now it became well in a week amount I don’t make enough but if a person get a weekly pay of 400 so in 2 weeks the person makes 800. How can a person not get the top loan amount plus let also say that person made all their previous payments on time and some earlier then original due date that don’t makes any senses to me.
