  I came into approved cash and they were very busy with a lobby full of people. Kim and Esperanza were very fast and upbeat and greeted every customer by name. By time it was my turn they had cleared their lobby out and both ladies were very eager to help me fill out my application and get me the money I needed. Kim and Esperanza really deserve some kudos for their amazing customer service. If your looking for a loan company this is the place to go.

  It was a quick, easy way to cash my check. The young lady up front was sweet and professional and made me feel right at home and welcome. I will be returning here.

  The manager at the OKC walker location is the most rude person I have ever done business with. I understand that most people who write angry reviews for these places are late...That is the excuse that they give for being rude. This lady has no business saying the things she says. I have witnessed her belittle people as well as talk about customer accounts in front of other customers. I managed a payday loan company for 5 years and never had to talk to customers the way she does. My store was always #1 in collections and #1 in costumer satisfaction.

  I called about getting a loan and who ever the lady was on the phone was very rude I’m not sure of what her name is but I called and asked about applying for a loan she told me I can either get a personal or titled loan and explained both what they meant to me and I told her that I did not have any of those then she says very rudely ok well we won’t be able to help u then and hangs up the phone I will NOT recommend this loan company to ANYONE

  The manager Kim here was the biggest help to me while I was in a bind she even walked me to my car it and I’m so thankful for all her help! I was able to keep my lights on!

  Last August I found myself in a very stressful unexpected situation. I tried for days to find someone to help my financial needs with no positive results. I was referred to another loan company close to Approved Cash Advance only to be denied once again. Just as I was leaving to go home, I decided to grab a fountain drink from 7-11 to comfort my unquestionable depression. as I pulled in I saw Approved Cash Advance and I thought maybe I should give it one last chance. From the second I walked in and saw a huge welcoming smile from the girl greeting me from behind the counter I felt like a person instead of a credit rating or a potential commission for a vulture like salesperson. She was pleasant, sweet, and honestly concerned about my needs. She went above and beyond her call of duty to not only get me approved, but to make my payments affordable and fair. I love this business and I won't go anywhere else for my financial needs. Kahli, my loan officer, is an absolute delight. I love to hear her voice every month when I call to make my payment because I can count on a smile from talking to her. I love the fact that she even calls or texts me the day before to remind me of my due date. What more could I ask for?   I do not like places like this. I think that they are trying to make their money off of the suffering of other people. They rely upon the poor and the desperate who need money, to come in and use their service. And they charge dearly for it. It is hard to get away from the rut this puts you in. So if there is any way you can avoid it. Please do.
