  I always had pleasant experiences at Apple Federal. They helped me fight fraudulent charges on my account. And their fees aren't as high compared to the national banks.

  The absolute WORST bank branch I have ever dealt with. I got approved for a credit card 6 months ago and have yet to receive it in the mail. I even went to the branch in person to get it mailed out again, they said it would be sent on 7-10 business days and I have yet to receive it 4 weeks later. And forget getting them on the phone. I’ve been on hold for a whole hour and have not spoken to a real person. I’m closing my apple account and never looking back because of this horrible branch.

  Walked in to open a bank account and was greeted by very friendly Employees at the front desk. I was assisted by Krutika. She was very helpful with everything I needed and even went above and beyond by providing extra informations and even alternatives to help give you ideas on what you could potentially do. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, and very patient with the entire process!! Thank you.

  Do not get Auto-Loan here. even if you have payoff money. expect about 2-4hour of time wasting with getting no result. the person basicilly bring out the 'you signed the contract' on my mom who doesn't understand english well or what she was involved in. I simply offered to pay off and get rid of the this mess that my youger sibling got my mom into, but they could not stop charging us even if i paid off. what's mostly misguided is, every one have diffrent answer and they don't communicated between bank/finance/collections. I spend almost two week now trying to explain to everyone and get the clue together and passing the information to each other.. I'm exausted. Hoping just to make the payment clear to get rid of the this struggle.

  I've had many good to great experiences with this branch. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I've had easy encounters such as deposits or withdrawals. More challenge experiences such as closing an estate. Each experience has been positive.

  Worse services, waited 15 minutes to get $100 don’t even smile to clients never ask me about my financial needs if I want to refinance my car or any tipe of loan or credit card offer..

  I went to the branch to refinance for my auto loan. After selecting the duration and APR, the manager gave me a monthly payment that was differ from my calculation (about $20 higher). I asked her that the payment she gaved me was higher than I had. She looked at the system and said "Liability Protection" was included which I did not ask nor she informed me. She took it out the protection after I mentioned then the monthly payment came as normal. If I have not known, the extra protection would be included without my awareness. After refinance was done, about two weeks later, the branch manager sent me an e-mail saying that she was following-up with me and letting me know that I was pre-approved for $5000 credit card and asked me if I am interested to open credit card account. Obviously, I was not interested in credit card, I DID NOT reply to her e-mail. After few weeks, I have received a credit card via mail so I checked my account by logging in on the website, and there was "Credit Card" account added on my account which I did not authorize it. I sent an e-mail to Apple Federal Credit Union instead of the branch manager since it was the branch manager who opened credit card without my consent. However, without any responses from Apple Federal Credit Union, they now closed credit card account which could impact my credit score. This is a financial fraud and people should be aware how they run the business.
