  Friendly staff but not so much as helpful as I wanted ( clue word I ) they did their best to help but their outside lenders have strict rules that disqualified me and my family from any help but I guess losing my means of transportation and way of supporting my family doesn't matter to them.

  I have been with them for quite sometime now and the one in Johnson city is by far the best. When starting up my loan Diana has been awesome through it all. Travis also has been great. I’m never late but the past two time due to issues they have worked with me tremendously and I would 10/10 recommend getting a loan through them. They are awesome and the nicest ppl there and the only two I’ve dealt with. ❤️

  I have used Appalachian lending for years they are not rude they work with each individual in a very professional manor. I have a very high level of respect for the employees 8and management. THEY ARE THE BEST OF ALL LOAN companies in Johnson City TN.

  Because use of his way he practices buisnesss..., Very crude and rude to his customers. Looks down on the poor or middle class citizen. Gives off that he is better because he has money a and a buisnesss. Very impolite man. Only treats you well until he gets you to sign that loan agreement. After that then he treats you like your nothing but trash.! Advice...!!! Stay away from this buisnesss or you'll be sorry..!

  Great way to take out a quick small loan or advance; friendly staff...crappy payback rates but as expected. Will return if necessary
