  We received the most outstanding service from this team. I have bought/sold 8 houses in 3 different states over the past several years, and this was by far the best mortgage application and closing service we have experienced. Craig and Amy Smith were just simply outstanding. Honestly cannot say enough good things about this team! We went from initial contact/credit pull to a seamless closing in less than 3-weeks! Everything was up front, prompt and accurate, just incredible. They conduct business the way every business should!

  As a first-time working with APEX Home Loans for my refinance and buying, the entire process seem stressful and overwhelming. However, Andrew Klank made the whole process seamless from beginning to end. His effective communication skills, knowledge, and impeccable organization skills as my Loan Officer eased all initial doubts I had. I mostly appreciated his ability to explain step by step what was next to come clearly.   Let me say that Joseph Shively was amazing. He really worked with me to find something that fit my family & really is a standup honest guy. Then, Steve Birk came and handled things smoothly; really it felt like a blessing. His team Paige Gustafson and Wendy Romero were kind, understanding, & worked hard to get all the paperwork done. Buying a house is extremely difficult and to have people who are naturally a team that can work together seamlessly and make the process easier is a blessings.

  As a first time homeowner, Chong Yi, and his team were amazing. He answered all of my questions, no matter how simplistic they seemed. His team walked me through each step.   Excellent experience. My wife and I were first time home buyers, and both of us do not have traditional salaries (commission based), which can be difficult when working with other mortgage brokers as far as qualifying. Craig's team is very experienced working with these types of situations, and was able to get us approved for exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend!
