  If there was an option to select 100 stars, I would do so. By far the best banking experience that I have ever experienced. Dianna and Jeannette give THE BEST customer service one can give. They go out of their way to assist you and actually treat you like a real person. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. Thank you for all you do for us! I HIGHLY recommend Apex Bank in Bulls Gap. You won't regret banking there.

  I love this bank! I have several business and personal accounts with the Bulls Gap branch. It is so refreshing to be able to work with a bank that treats me like a person and not just a number. Jeannette and Dianna have always been available to assist me on several occasions by phone or in person with anything I need. They are quick to respond and answer any questions or concerns. I do nave other accounts at another bank which I have had for years, but when I try to contact them all I get is a voice message 90% of the time. One brief Apex service example: In 2020 I was attempting to apply for a PPP loan to help my business survive the pandemic. The other larger banks I contacted had a mound of paperwork and hoops I had to jump through making it very complicated and overwhelming. Not Apex! They patiently helped walk me through the process and simplified everything. They had everything done and approved for me in less than 30 minutes! I may not have been able to complete this complicated process without their personal touch and my business may not have survived.

  I been banking in town for yrs. This bank is the best bank yet. Good branch manager Jeanette & Good bank teller Diane , known them both for years. Banked at other banks but this bank is by far the best hometown bank ever.
