  Eastman credit union is a really good bank have banked with them alot and im very halpy with what they have done so far hopefully they will continue to keep helping customers they even give people like 60 dollars a month to have a saving account!!!!!

  This branch can serve my every need under one roof. We have banked here for over a year now and every time I am in there, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The customer service is hit or miss at many different business in Rogersville, but not here, they know how to treat their customers. If you want to bank with a reputable establishment, look no further than Eastman Credit Union.

  Fast service, friendly people, knowledgeable and helpful staff and only 4% interest with home and auto loans. Free checking and free overdraft protection. All around great place.

  My husband and I have been banking with ECU for a little over a year now and so far it has been a great experience. We've never had any problems and everyone is so nice to us. ECU is definitely a bank I'd recommend!

  The greatest bank in Tennessee. I would not walk into another one.. great people... please put a branch in bullsgap

  The staff is great but on 2 different occasions they have locked my account. All I had to do was call and verify that it was me trying to use it but the problem is that it was after hours both times and I was stuck with no access to my money all weekend. There is no after hours help by phone, online chat or lobby hours. For this reason I am changing to another bank.

  When Capital Bank closed and First Tennessee refused to fill the location in Surgoinsville, until a petition and months of disservice prompted them to come back, my family and I went to Eastman and the bank is wonderful. Free checking. ATM's everywhere if you need one. You can even get through on the line to your local branch easy enough for questions and they always know what you need while also maintaining your privacy. Glad we made the switch.
