Words can’t express how happy we were that we did!! Amber,Valerie,Anthony (I’m sorry I’m forgetting a few more)Helped us so much through the entire process. Always communicating with Us every step of the way. We got approved and we’re able to purchase our dream home. If We ever do this again We are definitely going through Guaranteed Rate. After We officially closed We got a small package in the mail. They had a personalized Ink stamp made for us with our Names and New Address. That meant a lot to us,like everything else, they go that extra step and make it personal.
