  We worked with Pacific Trust Mortgage on our recent home purchase. We were able to close early because Chris Orsini and Ann Riordan were so efficient. Their response times were excellent throughout the process and they answered all of our questions. Hands down, this was the fastest and smoothest experience we have ever had on a loan. The experience was completely positive and professional. It was truly a pleasure. We will utilize Pacific Trust Mortgage in the future and would recommend their services to anyone in need of a mortgage banker.

  Chris Orsini is the absolute best!! I was a first time home buyer and both nervous and ignorant about the process. Chris was extremely patient and took the time to talk me through everything and reassure me along the way. He was always available to answer my questions, even off the clock, and on top of it all he was fun and personable to talk to. He made me feel well taken care of and he was able to approve my loan in record time. He is great at what he does and a delight to work with. I could not have asked for a better experience!!   Michelle is great loan officer to work with. She is very knowledgeable and is on top of her deals. Communication is key with her and you can always appreciate that especially now a days. She goes over and beyond for her clients and she continues to have her clients come back to her as well as being sent referrals. That right there speaks volumes. I know that I refer my clients to her. She is also bilingual which makes it easy for clients to have someone there to speak to them in their preferred language. Michelle is highly recommended
