  Over the years my family and I have used this bank for everything from savings bonds, to notarizing documents and even plain, old banking. It is an incredible bank with very kind and effective employees. Arlene is one who comes to mind. She is great and very welcoming. I wouldn’t want to bank anywhere else! Do yourself a favor and pay this bank a visit.

  I was amazed how easy the process is to buy a new vehicle. Arlene referred to a local dealership and it was easy from there. Props to Arlene @ AHCU for making the paperwork process easy. I certainly recommend this to all friends and family.

  I’ve been a member for over 35 years and times have changed but service has always been top notch. Recently worked with Sam at the Circle Pines branch and as always AHCU has great employees ! Thank You !

  Circle Pines Branch Manager Samuel Holloway was super helpful and professional to work with in getting my auto loan. It was tricky and somewhat cumbersome due to a salvage title but he helped me through it and was responsive. Thanks so much!!!!

  It would be nice to click on the link that tells you what hours and locations are open but the link does not work. You close the branch I live by so I have to drive 25 minutes out of my way. For whatever reason I can't transfer my money to an external account. When everything is back to normal I plan on closing my account since I can keep going on about all the issues I've experienced with this bank. It's just not worth it anymore.

  I always see Hector he's always happy and friendly always willing to help this is a great Branch to go to very easy to deal with I just wish the lobby would open back up outside of that it is a great

  When I walked in the door I was a bit nervous but Arlene help me out right when I get in there I didn’t know what I want it but she know she’s great and I’m pretty sure that company is great

  They charge u 5 dollars to pay your credit card over the internet. I will be closing all my accounts as soon as they open. Robbers and thieves. Employees seem like they own you and dont care how long it takes or if they mess up

  Let me start by saying that I would typically rate this credit union a 3 star or higher, especially my local branch, but today, the 1 star was earned. Let me paint a picture for you. It’s 10:30 pm and I deposit my paycheck using the mobile app so I don’t have to race to the bank before work in the morning. I deposit the check on the app exactly as instructed and receive a confirmation email moments later. Well, morning comes and my check still isn’t deposited. I get worried because I have bills coming out and now don’t have time to go to the bank before work. The app did say that transaction times may vary, but did not say how long. So I try calling my local branch, and AS USUAL, the call goes to a different branch instead. So I explain the situation and the lady asks for my account number, which I provide. She then asks for my password which I don’t even know since I use thumb print on the app. She then says “ok hang on one second” as if she’s going to work something out for me, then comes back and asks me again, as if I suddenly remembered. Well I did not, so she asks for my email. I give her the email that the confirmation emails were sent to about my deposit. “Nope, that’s not it”. Ok well then I don’t know it, can you just tell me when it will be deposited? She follows with “I have information, but need to to confirm identity”. At this point I’m beyond flustered and hang up because I’m not getting anywhere and this is more trouble than it’s worth. SECONDS after hanging up, I get a follow up email to the SAME email I got the original confirmation from and the deposit was “rejected” with no notes. Hmmmm weird. It’s like she purposely rejected it because I hung up. She could have verified my phone number, or home address, or the email I was getting notifications from, but no. I gave zero reason to reject this other than heaven forbid someone in 2019 forgot their password. What harm would have come from letting the check go through when it’s just a deposit? So I had to call my boss and tell them I’m going to be late for work and drive to my bank to physically deposit the check. It needs to be clearly stated on the app that a ridiculous 48 hour hold time applies to mobile check deposits. Not only is this extremely slow in this day and age, but people are relying on their money for bills. AHCU, this is NOT a good way to service a 25+ year customer.
