We were first-time homebuyers who were trying to buy a home during a major job change, right after a baby, and right at the heart of a global pandemic. To say we were overwhelmed is an understatement! Susan was with us through every major change, patient and encouraging when we decided due to housing prices to pause our search, and extremely helpful in navigating the mortgage process when we were ready to move forward.
