  I used Annabelle to refinance my mortgage loan. Annabelle put 110% in everything she did. Since I was refinancing during the pandemic, we weren't able to meet in person. Her communication was amazing and she always kept me in the loop of everything that was going on. She would text with quick updates, called to provide context, and sent email follow-up so that I had something to reference after our conversations. I sent her everything she needed to process the loan and only took her 2 weeks to close my loan process. Since the pandemic, all documents were available online, before we sign anything in person. The process was simple and had no hiding fee, as everything documents out correctly, plus shows your rate and payment. I highly recommend Annabelle’s services. For example, she would send breakdowns of the different scenarios and how different interest rates would affect my monthly costs.
