  Christina was an absolute pleasure to work with! I highly recommend her with your mortgage process! She was very good at communicating which is key for me. She was always quick to return a phone call, text, or email. What I loved about Christina and Ann Arbor Mortgage Companies is she guaranteed to match or beat anyone's interest rate and fees. This was important to me because I wanted the best deal and she made sure I was getting the best deal. This was the first home that I bought so I had a lot of questions throughout the whole process.   Brad Silvius was very thorough and responsive. And a bonus — he was always upbeat and encouraging. This meant a lot when I had to back out on the first house I bought because of a disastrous inspection; I was on a tight timeline to find a house and I had a small budget so I was feeling a lot of stress. With the second house I found, there were some complications with my mortgage process that neither Brad or I could have foreseen, but he went the extra mile to get the issues resolved. Between Brad and my agent, Linda Forster, I had an all-star team to get me into my house.

  As a first time home buyer, Christina did an amazing job walking us through the entire mortgage approval process. She was willing to answer my many questions and kept us informed along the way. Additionally, our closing took about 15 minutes, which is pretty fast. All in all, her organization and attention to detail made everything go perfectly.

  It was a great experience with Ann Arbor Mortgage. I'm happy that my buyer switched to them after frustrating start with different lender. They were prompt, efficient and communication was excellent through the process. They provided me great detail in what my buyers needed to provide and how the process would be handled.
