  University Bank is exceptional - We had a friend who suggested we go with them on a home loan. The team really was receptive - professional - they were there every step of the way. Buying a home does not have to be scary or nearly as stressful when you have someone who can help you through - and with the COVID protocol - it was so easy - all on line.

  This place is awesome! I began banking here when I opened up my business is 1996. Stephen, the CEO, holds fundraisers for local Democratic candidates. I have never received better customer service at any bank or credit union. It's very cool to bank at a mansion! Over the years I have also taken advantage of the good pricing at University Insurance for medical, homeowners, and business insurance.

  I have been coming to this bank for a couple years and I will never go back! Every staff member is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This bank is not only in a cool location but is very convenient as well. I highly recommend going here if you are looking for a new bank for any need. They even have mobile banking!! The customer service at this bank is outstanding.
