  We had solar panels installed on our house and when the loan company who was tied in with the solar panels approached us about refinancing to pay off the panels, we automatically decided this would be a good fit. After over three months, no returned phone calls nor emails, my daughter informed us about Intercap Lending and especially Angela Walters. After our initial meeting, Angela, in LESS than 24 hours, had efficiently accomplished what the other loan company couldn't accomplish after three months. Angela Walters is EXTREMELY efficient; she definitely knows the in's and out's of the initial mortgage loan, and the mortgage refinancing process. Angela immediately found the lowest, the best, and the cheapest rates for our refinancing. We were in daily contact, either by phone, email, or text with Angela. She is exceptionally sweet, kind and genuine. My husband and I felt as if we were Angela's ONLY clients; she made us feel like family. Angela worked immensely hard and diligent ensuring all necessary paperwork was in order. She stayed with us during closing, which was LESS THAN ONE MONTH after our initial meeting.   Angela was so wonderful through the process of our refinance. She stayed right on top of everything and ensured we submitted all required documents as they were needed. Start to finish it took 19 days! Angela is efficient, professional, and incredibly sweet. I would definitely recommend Intercap and Angela.
