  We worked with Shawna Jackson as our loan officer. Even with the record number of loan applications due to the low interest rates she was very responsive and got our loan through quickly. She explained every step and made sure we got the best rate. Also the loan underwriter Lindsey Youngblood was on top of everything as well. Totally satisfied.
