  We have used Ryan on our last two homes in Austin area. He is very knowledgeable and, along with Jay, he walked us through every step -- and was very patient as we found just the right home. When we did, they had everything in place and it went smoothly both times on their end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them -- we do talk to more than one broker each time we begin looking for a loan and we've ended up with Ryan BOTH times. CALL THEM!

  This was our first time working with Ryan and his team and we could not have been happier with the whole process! They made everything so easy for me and my co-signers (who live across the country!) and I could not be happier with the outcome.   We couldn't have asked for a better partner in purchasing our new home. It's tough enough to go from "just-thinking" to close in less than a month, but an entirely different ask when there's a jumbo loan involved. Ryan and team worked within our tight constraints, pulling long hours to get us from pre-approval to close in 3 weeks. Communication and response times were great, making an inherently hectic transaction move as smoothly as possible.
