  I was very lucky to have Katy Nelson as my Mortgage Advisor. I am a first time home buyer and I had tons of questions throughout the process of the loan application. Katy was always there for me (Even on Christmas) to answer any questions that I had. She is very knowledgeable in her field and she is also very personable with each of her clients.(I love that about her) I can't thank her enough for helping me get approved for my loan and getting the ball rolling to get into my very first home! This is the second home we have purchased with Taylor's assistance, and he went above and beyond for us OVER THE HOLIDAYS to make sure we were well taken care of.   I highly recommend Taylor Green he was very professional and prompt. From the very beginning to the end of our loan process we knew we were in good hands with Taylor. We came here from another lender and had a very stressful experience with that lender. Taylor took all of that away and did in 2 weeks what our other lender could never accomplish in a timely manner. He responded to our e-mails and calls immediately! There were no surprises with Taylor. He explained everything we needed upfront and did not leave us in the dark about anything. His expertise was essential for our peace of mind and it led to a smooth loan process.

  Taylor and Mandi were OUTSTANDING. Taylor provided several options based on our situation. ALL information sent was secure and always preceded by a text or call to be sure we were aware of the time sensitive information. We have purchased 5 homes prior to this and this by far was our best experience!
