Kyle Sutherland1I don’t have a problem at other Wells Fargo locations, but this one is the most convenient to where I live, yet the most disappointing in every way. If you were trying to attract new customers, most people would want a little personality out of the employees. Secondly neither banker could help me open a small business account because they were waiting on people who I never saw the whole time I was in there. Third, it’s not a huge deal, but they are not even open on Saturdays. This Wells Fargo has a great location, but the employees seem like they are just there for a paycheck. Save yourself a moment of “bang your head on the desk “and go down the street to the other Wells Fargo

Angie1I wouldn’t even give you 1 star! The Wells Fargo at the corner of spout springs and friendship rd. is a waste of Wells Fargo’s money. Although it is only a mile away from us your bad service and inconvenience on almost every occasion has led us to have to go to the one on Hog Mountain just to get service.. Most of the staff in there look like they are miserable and I guess what they say is true…”misery loves company”. Seriously should consider closing instead of causing yourselves so many bad reviews!!

Tina Smith1Worst employees ever! They are there for their paycheck and thats it . Waited for 20 min for this blonde older lady to come and to tell me that she is busy for the rest of the night and she doesn't have even 5 min to help. There were 2 more guys in their offices weren't doing anything. Please close this bank or bring better employees

EOS1Poor Service. Cashier could not verify signature on check - said no signature card on file and no checks written on account. Who writes checks anymore? Have had account since First Union > Wachovia > then WF. No surprise there is not a signature card on file. But the attitude of the branch manager was THE WORST. He made me feel like a criminal trying to pass a bad check. Very condescending person. When I said you’re making a poor decision here - I’ll consider closing my 20 plus year account - he had the audacity to say “I can help you with that right now”. He would not work for me another day with that attitude. Complete jerk. However par for the course for this branch. I encourage WF customers in this area to go to the WF branch at Stonebrook Village in front of Target. Used them when this branch was closed during Covid and wow what great service. BTW I called the WF complaint department and was told someone would call me within 48 hours. That never happened. Instead I got a form letter two weeks later that never addressed the real issue which is the branch manager.

George Dao3Friendly cashier and banker. Wells Fargo as a whole though makes it difficult to do business with them and closed my father in laws account and my daughter's account.

Anthony Mulkey1I needed to get some documents notarized to renew my business liscence and I accidentally forgot the documents at home. I asked the banker if she could please print them out for me and she refused. Are you serious? I have all my accounts with Wells Fargo and they can’t print out two pieces of paper for me? Horrible customer service.

Jennifer Matthews1I went in to open an account and I was treated so badly. I felt like the teller did not want to open one for me because it was 4:30. They were rude and I felt very disrespected. When I felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to leave, I told the teller " I would take my business to another bank." She then responded by saying "You probably should do that then." I will make sure to let EVERYONE know how terrible this "experience" was.
