  SunTrust or whatever they call themselves now is getting ridiculous. This "branch" is closed, the site says temporarily, but it's been two years of inconvenience and *nothing* here now. You are hemorrhaging customers because of stupid closures and poor decisions, SunTrust.

  “Open” is a bit misleading when they are not open. It used to say closed so I was happy I wouldn’t sit in the drive through for 45 minutes at the other branches that apparently only schedule 1 teller but open all lanes. Thanks for wasting my time suntrust, you truistly suck

  This location is CLOSED hey have grocery store ads and a wall of waters for sale covering where the branch location was. This is ONLY ATM!! Would have given 0 stars if it allowed...

  Terrible customer service! The Branch Manager doesn't even know SunTrust policies. I've been a SunTrust customer for years, no issues until this week. DO NOT use this location!

  If I could give this bank NO STARS I would. The WORST bank ever customer service is so POOR... Workers will look at the line and see they need to pitch in to help and the go hide. The teller ask so many personal questions it makes me feel so uneasy its so unprofessional... Will be moving ALL my accounts soon.... BYE SUNTRUST

  I have been banking for Suntrust more then 3 years. I never have problems with Suntrust.

  Customer no service...not enough people or no one cares....most the time they don't have even change to give you....horrible horrible service.
