  At first they were very nice and supportive. I had tried with 2 different Home Loans. When Matt Schalk found out i applied with the second loan he automatically became negative and shut me down. Clearly told me i would not be able to get a home loan that i can try again in 2 years and he highly doubts the other Mortgage Company would approve me! I gave them both the EXACT same paper work and surprise surprise the other loan company went above and beyond! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANGEL OAK UNLESS YOU STICK WITH THEM ONLY!

  Jason and his team couldn't have done any better or made the refi process any easier. I’ve refinanced many mortgages over the years but never had such a smooth, no hassle experience. They walked me step by step through the process and all the documents were esign through email, which was super convenient. The few questions i did have were responded to within minutes.

  First time homebuyer so I had a lot of questions. Jason Trujillo was awesome to work with, responded quickly when he had the answers or directed me to the right person. Their digital portal made all the paperwork easy and kept everyone on track. I shopped around and they beat everyone's rate without all the extra charges.
