PNC Bank Reviews

Diana Lopez1This branch deserves 0 stars, usually I get bad service Everytime I go to this bank, so I started going to the one downtown. But today mi grandfather went to transfer some money from an account, Ashley was so 'polite' and make him wait for an hour, then he went to ask for help for another extremely 'polite' ladies Vanessa and he was asked to wait even more. Its easy to switch banks people would said. But my grandfather is 85 years old and had been with this bank for around 40 years, it would not be easy for him to get use to another bank, besides this one is really close to the house. It had bad service when it was BBVA. Now is worst, they treat people like their are making a favor. I believe they are getting in paid to do their job and maybe they need to take some kind of costumer service class. Please Avoid going to this branch worst service ever. Vanessa said this is a bank with 200 years legacy, really proud. I just wondering 200 years legacy with bad costumer service?

Ed Carl5I've found out this branch has a new Branch Manager. She was so helpful and the staff is more professional now and more attentive. I didn't use to go to this branch but it is now my go to branch. It's better than downtown.

Rodrigo Diaz-Martinez1Went in today at approx 12:45 to personally verify if a payment had gone through. Wasn’t reflecting on the app so I thought it simple to go to the branch. Was greeted by a woman named Maria. From the get go she was extremely cross when asking questions. She was obviously going through some issues because DANG she was having a bad day. She wasn’t listening to my questions and she kept assuming things and talking over me, which led to her getting frustrated. I was getting nowhere with this individual. At that point I decided to not bother and ask for my things back. I had to ask her a total of THREE times to give me my Identification and bank cards back. After finally getting my things back I stated she should be a bit friendlier to customers and walked my way out. She then found it necessary to yell across the lobby “ WELL IM JUST HERE TRYING TO HELP YOU BUT OKAY! “ If there’s one word for this customer service experience it would be: Garbage. I work in the service industry myself and I would never treat someone with such a scathing personality and demeanor. I just hope the ladies that were behind me were spared from that wrath. It’s terribly alarming and disturbing at the thought of an individual such as this working in the service industry, let alone handling people’s money. I always try to appreciate what employees do, and what each one goes through but at some point you have to take accountability for your own behavior. Do better PNC SUNLAND PARK!

Antonio Ortega150 minutes to make a deposit. Then I get up there and your teller was very rude. You keep one teller open with a very long line. The banking here is terrible since the changeover from bbva

Ana Hernandez1WORSE SERVICES EVER, WAS SENT TO ONE LOCATION AND I WENT AND WAS TOLD THE DEBIT CARD MACHINE WAS BROKEN AND I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER BANK AND SAT THERE WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND THE BANK MANAGER DID NOT TO HELP ASSIST CUSTOMERS AND WAS STEADILY TALKING TO A CO-WORKER ABOUT FRIDAY NIGHT PLANS. I HAVE A DISPUTE GOING ON WITH MY ACCOUNT AND THE BANK CANCELED MY CARD WITHOUT INFORMING ME AND IS TELLING ME I HAVE TO WAIT 45-90 DAYS FOR THEM TO INVESTIGATE IT AND ISSUE ME A TEMPORARY CREDIT BUT THEY WERE QUICK TO PAY THE MERCHANT AND CANCEL MY CARD. THIS IS THE WORSE BANK EVER. I DON’T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE AND I DECIDED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND GO BACK TO WELLS FARGO.

Monica Ponce1I would give this branch zero stars if I could. Always a wait when I go in around 1:00pm with a line close to the door. Every time I go in it's always ONE TELLER. My wait times vary from 30- 45 minutes for a simple deposit. I fill out surveys and I somehow get contacted by the bank on "how they could do better", yet every time I leave my feedback I see no improvement. Although this branch is closest to me, I'm now going the extra mile to the BBVA in Santa Teresa, in hopes to have better service. If you're reading this, save your time and go anywhere else.

Patricia Vega1The people who work hear I find all have an attitude. My husband said the same and we're not going to deal with them anymore. Disappointing that they treat people this way!

Dmitry Vishnevetsky1While requesting to cash a check that my WIFE (who is a BBVA member) wrote me (her husband), I was informed that a $10 dollar fee would be applied to do so as I am not on the account. I reiterated that my WIFE is a member and that this fee was essentially the bank charging its own member to withdraw their own funds. If I were on the account I would withdraw the funds myself. This is the worst example of frivolous administrative fees I have seen in a long time. Do not bank with BBVA.

Melissa Cruz1I honestly wouldnt give this bank any stars. I went to the ATM to make my deposit as I was sick with the flu and did not want to go inside. I had Bill's that had to get paid. After inserting my money the ATM gave an error message and kept the $1,000 I had just deposited and gave me my card back and a receipt with the error. I immediately went inside the bank in a panic only to be told sorry nothing we can do. It will be 10 days. 10 days! Your ATM screws up, steals my money and then you tell me oh well sorry it will be 10 days! I hate this bank! And the smerk on Mr. Flores face when I said what are you going to do about it. It was like he got pleasure on not being able to do a damn thing!

Solomon Nnah1I wish their was an option for -0, I would give this bank nothing but zero, without any reservations this guys are scammers, they charged me $38 NSF 3 times when I had over $800 in the account. I called the call center once and the girl says I apologize it was a mistake and refunded just one. The branches are full of snubs, my experience has been worse than nightmare. DO NOT ever do business with this bank, they will steal from you. Your hard earned money they will debit you indiscriminately. Zero customer service, negative reviews all over and they don't care. David the manager of Sunland park branch is even the worst I have ever seen for a manager. Take your business to another bank, this guys are crazy . I will give exception to the trailer ladies only.
