  Andrew was extremely helpful during the process of purchasing our first home. From our pre-approval, to closing. He is very knowledgeable about down payment assistance programs that are available to first time home buyers. He quickly answered any and all questions that we had throughout the entire process, and guided us through signing all the paperwork and submitting documents. It was also very nice that he was there for closing to answer any last minute questions that we had. I would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone buying a home in or around Orlando!

  I just closed on my very first house and Andrew has been amazing throughout the process. I couldn't be happier. He is very knowledgeable, and experienced in the process and was spot on with estimating out of pocket costs which was extremely important to me. He always responded quickly, answered my many many questions, and was friendly and easy to work with. When there was hiccups in the process with the seller, he was able to rearrange our financial gameplan with the down payment assistance program we were using to work it out. In my case I had zero out of pocket cost to close which was a true blessing. He seriously made this process so smooth and I'd 100% recommend him to all my friends and family.
