  Working with Andreas to purchase my home was absolutely amazing! I had purchased a home before, and at that time I felt like I was blindfolded during the entire process. So many things weren’t explained outright, which required more of me throughout the homebuying process. End result of that one – my head was spinning and I was left feeling very frustrated. Andreas made sure this experience was completely different! He was incredibly thorough, explained every single aspect of the loan process in great detail, and even went out of his way to explain additional, external factors that contribute to home buying. He never made me feel embarrassed about asking too many questions. He was there at every turn of the process. He laid out all options without bias, and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each option when asked. It gave me a great deal of comfort when making the ultimate decisions, which were informed decisions. As a result, one of the best outcomes throughout this process was locking in at a FABULOUS interest rate! Even going through FHA in a frenzied buyer’s market, my loan opened on January 3rd and closed on January 20th. How unbelievable is that!? As an intelligent, single woman going through this process alone, I could have no greater faith in the expertise that Andreas exhibited. I know he had other clients on his plate, but he always made me feel as though I was the only one. Andreas is the best anyone could ever ask for, and you can be sure I will be calling on him again next time I need his expertise, hands down. Many, many, thanks, Andreas! You’re a miracle worker!

  Andreas is the most experienced and easiest person to work with for a loan. He processed 4 different refi’s at the same time do me and my loans weren’t easy. He treats each loan as if it was his own. Which is very important and beneficial because he understands what is the best loan to put you in for your own personal situation. The right advice will save you thousands over the life of the loan and Andreas’s knowledge, experience, and advice is that difference. He’s the one person I trust to put all my investments in his hands. I strongly recommend Andreas. He’s the best!

  I worked with Andreas A. from Golden Bay Mortgage Group. Andreas was amazing, as he was very communicative and explained everything in detail for me to get a clear picture and understand with transparency. My documents were shared privately through a dedicated site to avoid fraud, and the timeline was extremely fast. Andreas met my deadline because I was also responsive to his needs to provide proper documentations requested by the underwriter, but his thoroughness and quick responses was outstanding. He kept his word and Andreas was extremely on-Point and transparent. I have worked with mortgage brokers in the past and I had horrible experiences, but my experience with Andreas at Golden Bay Mortgage Group was utterly the opposite. I will be returning to Andreas in the future for my future mortgage needs. These days it’s tough finding honest and transparent people to work with in the mortgage industry who take the time to explain every little detail to avoid you making any possible financial mistakes, and feel that you are an important client throughout the refinancing process. Previously, I was working with Better.com and they were not responsive or communicative as I liked, and provide incorrect responses in-regards to my loan. I was about to miss my Locked-rate deadline, so I decided to reach out to Andreas, and he took one week to reach the exact timeline from where Better.com was with my refinancing loan timeline, if not further ahead, and he approved my loan quickly with a better rate, and met my deadline. I highly recommend Gold Bay Mortgage Group, especially Andreas who has, give or take, 30 years of experience under his belt. They charged me very fairly price and did not break my bank. I won’t be working with anyone else other than Andreas moving forward. First time to write a positive review or say anything positive about mortgage brokers. The best in the Bay Area, Or in the damn country! I highly recommend!!

  We highly recommend Andreas! He helps you understand the full loan process and doesn’t tell you what you want to hear. He really has your best interest in mind and explains everything in detail.   Where do I even begin? I am absolutely blown away by the quality of service by Andreas. We were incredibly overwhelmed when we started the process of purchasing our first home, but he very patiently and thoroughly walked us through the process. Any roadblocks we hit along the way, he was right there with us, guiding us through them and eventually getting us to the point of helping us purchase the home of our dreams! He goes above and beyond to ensure I understand all of the nuances that are part of refinancing and how they change over the years.
