  Marcos and his team was referred to me by my realtor for my home purchase, it was the best decision we ever made. He explained all the options available to us, touched base with us weekly on the status of our loan, walked us through the funding process towards the end….. even when I was stressed he was calm, methodical and walked me through the process with my bank ….I very much appreciated it. His team was always on the ball quick to respond to any of my questions and they were very patient with me. Marcos is an awesome broker to have on your team when going through this process… His team is just as awesome to work with.   We loved working with Marcos and his team! They are all very friendly, on top of details, and a pleasure to work with. We are first time home buyers, and Marcos took his time to educate us on the steps we needed to take to improve our credit and financial situation in order to be well prepared to buy a home. Once we were ready, he educated us in the home buying process, and made everything very easy. His rates were also much lower than others we saw.   My Wife and I are lost for words on how Andes Mortgage and the entire staff are so professional and amazing to work with. The first 3 lender we began working with made it so hard my wife and I thought we would never be able to own a house. The day I reach out to Marcos of Andes Mortage. He immediately called us back, after telling him what our needs were He told us what needed to happen and from there the process started. We closed on our home in 21 days. The process was smooth and understandable, they made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Deadline that was set was met. We was able to get a clear to close in 17 days thanks to the work that Marcos and his fantastic team did. I would recommend Andes Mortage 10 out of 10
