Carrie Friend1Very disappointed with this bank. We recently moved to SC and wanted to use a local bank but unfortunately have had problems since the start. My husbands card is constantly declining when he gets gas (more then enough to cover it) and when he spoke to someone at the bank he was told “that happens sometimes, just swipe it as credit not debit” (never had to worry about that with our other bank). This weekend, New Years Eve, we attempted to take money out of the ATM and it was declined for insufficient funds (again more than enough to cover it). I tried to access online banking and it was unavailable. I called the bank and spoke to a woman and she said the system is down for maintenance and she doesn’t know when it will be back up. She also informed me that I won’t have access to my money until the system is up and running again. This is absolutely insane and should never be aloud. I was never told the system would be down and that I wouldn’t have access to my money for an extended amount of time. I am not happy and will not be a customer for long.

I had the opportunity to work with Kendra on getting a loan for a new car. She was very informative, friendly, supportive, helpful and had high charisma. jay sheely5I've done business with Paula Lee in the North branch and Mark at the Market commons area. Easy, fast , patient, and reliable. Mark had big shoes to fill since I've been dealing with JUST Paula for awhile now. He succeeded! In my eyes the rates are a little high, but I imagine it works for people with lower scores. (Weve all been there) I just thought the bank should know about these two employees. They are outstanding!

Liz M4The bank in Market Commons has a wonderful, helpful, Professional group of employees. Been using this bank for 2 yrs now since I moved bank. Unfortunately, the 4 star is due to the bank experience I had yesterday...at the AAB bank on Robert Grissom Pkwy and London St. where the safety deposit boxes are housed. That bank deserves a 1 star. The staff there is so unhelpful, apathetic, cold....I needed to ask 3 people for help before someone responded and left before giving me the entire instructions on how to enter the vault. When I came out I tried to use the sanitizer on the wall opposite the vault...it did not work. I asked a general question to 3 women sitting around if there was another sanitizer...the 3 just looked at me...no other response. As I passed an office I asked the woman sitting there if there was another sanitizer. She left her desk and brought me the bottle on her desk to use. I thanked her profusely since she was the ONLY customer friendly person in that bank. Did I mention I was using a walker. The ABB on Agnes had someone come help me with the door and they always greet me and others when we walk in. The bank on Robert Grissom...no help, no greeting. Nothing pleasant there. I will be moving my boxes once I am well enough.

Dawn Bruen1Worst . Experience . Ever! These people have no idea what they’re doing. My husband has a loan and I have a completely separate loan. We have completely different last names but somehow they managed to apply his payment to my loan. When they discover they made a mistake they took the money from my loan payment and started sending me notices for a right to cure. Never missed one payment and never been late but somehow they’re telling me my loan payment is short $160 but nobody can seem to tell me what happened. Just want to get rid of this car loan and be done with this horrible bank.
