  This is a great place to come for all your loan needs. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Nikki is always there to answer any of our questions and is always smiling and helpful. The manager Michelle is very nice and always has time to talk with us and Alexis is always helpful and smiling as well. We love bringing our business to this office. They greet us when we walk in by name every time!! 1st Franklin is the place to go.

  First Franklin is a great place to get a loan. They are nice and friend. They try to work with you as much as possible. I love Nikki she is so nice and helpful and always as a smile on her face. I would recommend this branch to anyone. Thank you First Franklin for being here for your customers.

  BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! As most know, asking for financial assistance can be somewhat of a humiliating situation, as we never like to ask for financial help. Nikki , however, not only made what I thought would be a long drawn out uncomfortable experience, very easy and most enjoyable! Nikki was very personable and showed us that she was there for us~ not just to make a buck! There are so many loan assistance companies out there, but they do not always have that "TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE" experience like 1st Franklin in Myrtle Beach has. Nikki is an asset to that company and I recommend anyone needing loan assistance to contact Nikki L!

  I want to say that if you need of a loan this is the place to go. I don’t want to put my business out there, but I do business with this company and they have been to best people to do business with. I called and they did a wonderful job for me. I do my business with Nicky there. I won’t do my business with anyone else. I called her and told her what I needed to do, and she got me one loan with a low payment instead of two loans and two payments I thought I was going to have. She said that I made it to a lower rate, and she did me right. It is easy to get everything done and she doesn’t rush me and explains everything. Jesus knew what my needs where that day and I received a blessing.

  Highly recommend 1st Franklin Financial. Alexis welcomed me with a smile. She asked questions to find out about my financial needs and was able to quickly recommend the right loan product for me. She understood my needs & goals on both a personal level as well as a professional level.

  Came in the office this afternoon looking into how this process works. There was one person working in the office. She was on the phone when I came in. She greeted me and excused her self back to the call. When ahe was done she stood up and asked what she could help me with, with a smile on her face and introduced herself Nicky. I asked 100 questions and not one time did she rush me or not give me all of her attention. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything. My husband and I just moved here from Florida and are looking into buying a few new items for our home. She even made a suggestion to a furniture store the company finances with. We did not acquire a loan today but will be returning once we are settled. The most friendly company i have had an experience since moving!!

  I called up there to transfer my loan since I had moved here from another state and was going to borrow a couple hundred dollars for home improvements. As I spoke with MICKI she was very rude and degrading and hung up on me. I decided to go in instead and speak with GERALD the supervisor and whom didn’t seem like he knew any of the issues since I filed a formal complaint. I have been a customer for a couple years now and have never been so disrespected and I never had any issues with my original office. I would avoid this branch all together and there’s only one or two professional people whom work there.
