  We were searching for a home in the Tampa area and contacted three local lenders to get a pre-approval letter. Tina was the most responsive of the three, and the quickest from start to finish. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough, Tina impressed us from start to finish. Eventually, we wound up in a different part of Florida and for that reason did not finance through Anchor Bay, but definitely would have if we had stayed in the Tampa area.
